MOSCOW – The Russian border city of Belgorod on Thursday night came under a , Belgorod Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said on his Telegram channel.
According to preliminary information, no one was injured as a result of the attack, but an engineering infrastructure facility sustained serious damage.
